Dear Pastor Colleagues,

The official end of the church year is just around the corner, and all reporting will be required shortly thereafter. Please start collecting your information now so you can begin your reporting on March 1, 2026. The due date for all reporting to be in through the Annual Pastor’s Report (APR) and through Toolbox will be MONDAY, March 23, 2026.  The absolute last day to receive any reports will be MONDAY, March 23, 2026.  After that, your report will be populated with last year’s statistics.  We must take the District Assembly Booklet to the printer the following week, and we must complete all denominational reporting to be ready for District Assembly deadlines.  

You will not be able to begin reporting until March 1, 2026, as the systems that support reporting will not transition to the new year until then.  To start, please go to the district website at www.adnaz.org.  You will then want to click the pull-down menu labeled Annual Reports.  If you look at this before March 1, 2026, you will see last year's dates. Please wait until March 1^st or after to start your report.  

On the left column below are ALL of the reports Lead Pastors need to complete.  Every item that needs to be reported is highlighted in red.  The most critical piece is the APR.  By clicking that, you will log in with the username and password you have used every year for the APR.  If you are new and do not yet have a login, or you have forgotten your password, please contact me at prhamner65@gmail.com immediately to get that set up.  The APR is the same as last year (THANKS BE TO GOD!).  So follow the instructions carefully.  Save your work as you go, page/section by section, and only hit submit when all items are completed.  Remember that once you log in, you will need to click on the large pencil to begin entering your data.  Again, please do not begin until March 1st, 2025, because changes are still being made to the system for each church.

Please direct all questions to Phil Hamner at prhamner65@gmail.com. The APR is as it will be, but they are still tweaking the church's information. So, there will be no reporting before March 1st.

Once you have completed the APR, complete the other items in the Toolbox software, which are also in red. LEAD PASTORS: Once you complete everything on the left side, you are finished.  

All associates, retired ministers, chaplains, etc, will need to fill out the corresponding report on the right-hand column of the page.  You will fill out only one of the three items on the right column for your annual report. 

ONCE AGAIN, ALL REPORTS ARE DUE MARCH 23, 2026. Please do not wait until the last minute to fill out your report.  Start March 1, 2026.

A word about Toolbox:

I am requesting minor changes from the developer to make the completion easier. I hope to have two churches on each page of the assembly booklet and to list all pastoral staff members by church. We are also looking to enhance readability and address a few other items.
